**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Coordination**: Organize, maintain, and update all marketing-related documents, materials, and resources in a structured manner for easy access by clients and internal teams.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing collateral, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- **Marketing Strategy Support**: Assist in research and data collection to support marketing strategy development and campaign planning.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to streamline marketing initiatives.
- **Event & Campaign Support**: Help coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- **Client & Market Research**: Gather and organize market insights, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to assist in refining marketing strategies.
- **Content Organization**: Maintain and organize marketing brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials for easy reference and distribution.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Prepare reports, track marketing efforts, and document key insights for management.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and client engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling marketing documentation and coordination.
- Exposure to event planning and brand marketing.
- Understanding of marketing trends and industry best practices.
