About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head – Brand Partnerships & Alliances with 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand collaboration, and business growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving partnerships, brand tie-ups, and co marketing initiatives that strengthen our market presence, enhance visibility, and drive customer engagement. This is a leadership role that requires both creative thinking and strong business acumen to build meaningful collaborations that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing and partnership strategy to increase brand awareness and market share.

Identify, approach, and build strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and influencers for collaborations and joint campaigns.

Lead co-branding, sponsorships, and affiliate partnerships that drive traffic, sales, and engagement.

Work closely with internal teams (digital marketing, sales, product, and creative) to ensure alignment across campaigns and communication.

Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and deliverables to ensure win–win outcomes.

Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Stay ahead of market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Lead and mentor a small marketing team to ensure efficient execution of strategies. Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or partnership development — preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries.

Proven track record in developing and managing brand collaborations or alliance partnerships.

Strong network and relationships within the marketing and brand ecosystem.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Hands-on experience in digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and brand activations.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and lead cross-functional teams.
