Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Sales Team Leader
to manage and drive our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring sales executives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the property buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Assign sales targets, monitor team performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management.
  • Maintain knowledge of current property listings, pricing, and market trends.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience
    in real estate sales, with at least
    1–2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales cycle.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
