Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the Section 8 Company.
  • Maintain timely and accurate Cash Flow Statement reconciled with Bank Statements.
  • Provide end-to-end support to the CSR team for Finance related areas.
  • Ensure timely release of payments with accurate accounting and applicable TDS.
  • Regularly follow up on Utilization Certificates from the donees and statutory submissions to various statutory authorities.
  • Support Company Secretarial team in ROC compliances for Section 8 company.
  • Prepare and provide inputs for Annual Report of Section 8 Company.
  • Track and compute CSR spends in line with statutory requirements.
  • File Income Tax Returns, Tax Audit Reports, TDS Returns, and GST Returns
  • Coordinate and close statutory as well as internal audits on time.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliances applicable to Section 8 Companies/Trusts.
  • Prepare MIS reports on a monthly basis and create management update presentations.
  • Furnish details and documentation during Income Tax assessments.
  • Support Tax Team as and when required for Income Tax compliances.
