Designation: Program Advisor (Tele-Counselor)

Role Overview: We are looking for program advisor (Tele-Counselor) who will provide career guidance to students, and develop effective marketing strategies for our educational programs. The role also includes building strong partnerships with educational institutions to promote educational services through seminars, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Oversee the complete admission cycle—from lead generation to final enrolment.
  • Engage with potential students and parents through calls, emails, and in-person counselling.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Conduct personalized counselling sessions to understand students' academic goals and career aspirations.
  • Guide students in selecting suitable educational programs aligned with their interests and strengths.
  • Stay updated on academic trends, courses, and industry requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, webinars, workshops, and open houses to attract and engage prospective students.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for educational programs, including offline and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with schools, colleges, and coaching centres to promote educational program.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in admissions, counselling, or education marketing.
  • Experience in event coordination and institutional outreach is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
