Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Manager located in Delhi, India. The Dispatch Manager will oversee and manage the daily dispatching activities, ensuring optimal allocation and scheduling of resources. Responsibilities include supervising dispatch processes, coordinating with teams, enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to meet operational objectives and uphold service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and proven experience managing a team effectively
- Proficiency in Dispatching and Operations Management for seamless workflow coordination
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time-sensitive operations
- Proficient with logistics and dispatch management software and tools
- Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is advantageous
