This internship will give you hands-on experience in corporate hiring, people management, and end-to-end recruitment operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Human Resource Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting 80 to 100 first-level telephonic interviews daily.
  • Shortlisting candidates as per the given job descriptions.
  • Sourcing potential applicants through platforms such as LinkedIn and other job portals.
  • Maintaining and updating daily trackers and interview records.
  • Achieving assigned daily & weekly recruitment targets.
  • Building rapport with shortlisted candidates and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Conducting daily follow-ups with candidates regarding interview updates.
  • Attending daily team meetings and completing tasks assigned by managers.
  • Coordinating with the internal team for seamless recruitment operations.
