Job Overview

Allegient Unified Technology is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination. You will play a key role in attracting qualified talent and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
  • Maintain and manage all HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other official communications.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities smoothly and professionally.
  • Monitor and update employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Ensure proper employee management, addressing day-to-day queries and concerns.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR confidentiality and ensure policy compliance.
  • Support payroll-related data preparation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and documentation.
