Customer Support (International)-Min 2 year exp is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls in an international voice support environment.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in international voice is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in Any shifts (flexibility in working hours).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
