Customer Support (International)-Min 2 year exp is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls in an international voice support environment.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in international voice is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in Any shifts (flexibility in working hours).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
