AGR Spices – Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Noida & Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-time (10 AM -7 PM)

Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Founder/ Co-founder

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for visiting retail stores across Noida and Greater Noida, creating awareness about AGR Spices, and driving product placement. You will be the face of the brand at the ground level, responsible for building strong relationships with store owners and promoting our unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and interact with grocery/kirana store owners, supermarkets, and organic/modern trade outlets in the Noida & Greater Noida region.

Educate retailers on AGR Spices' USPs:

  • Our unique spice blends
  • Single-origin sourcing directly from farms
  • No additives, artificial colors, or fillers
  • Conduct product sampling and demo sessions at retail outlets (if required).
  • Collect and document feedback from store owners and end customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute local promotions and in-store visibility campaigns.
  • Ensure proper display of AGR Spices products on store shelves and manage point-of-sale (POS) materials.
  • Maintain daily visit reports, leads generated, conversions, and retailer feedback.
  • Share weekly progress updates with the reporting manager.
  • Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales or field marketing (preferably in food/spices).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida geography and retail market.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with local retailers.
  • Self-driven, punctual, and professional.
  • Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
  • Key Tasks to Be Done (Daily/Weekly)

Daily Tasks:

  • Plan and complete visits to a minimum number of stores (target to be set weekly).
  • Explain product range and brand story to store owners.
  • Collect interest levels and note down objections/questions.
  • Take photos of product placements and store displays.
  • Share real-time updates via WhatsApp or CRM (as advised).
  • Record leads, follow-up requirements, and feedback in the daily log.

Weekly Tasks:

  • Follow up on pending conversions from previous visits.
  • Coordinate with the back office for sample or POS material delivery.
  • Share a summary of visits, conversions, issues, and market insights.
  • Report competitor activities or new trends observed in the field.
  • Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Number of productive store visits
  • Number of new store tie-ups
  • Repeat orders generated
  • Quality of store engagement and product visibility
  • Timeliness and completeness of reports
  • Growth Opportunities
  • This role is the foundation of a future leadership position in the sales and distribution vertical of AGR Spices. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into city-level sales managers, regional distribution leads, or key account managers as we expand.
