**Job Opportunity: Retail Store Salesperson - Noida (DLF Mall)**

**Location**: DLF Mall, Noida
**Position**: Retail Store Salesperson
**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 per month (Based on experience)
**Industry**: FMCG / Retail
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Year (FMCG & Retail Sales)

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with walk-in customers and provide excellent in-store service.
- Explain product features and benefits to boost sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in promotional activities and product displays.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in **Retail Sales**, preferably in the **FMCG sector**.
- Prior experience working in a **retail store environment** is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
