**Role Overview**:
We are hiring **Counter Sales Executives** who are customer-friendly, energetic, and passionate about retail. You will assist customers in selecting kids’ clothing, handle billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and guide customers with product selection.
- Demonstrate product features, sizes, and styles.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Address customer queries and feedback politely.
- Assist with stock management and replenishment.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in retail sales (apparel/kidswear experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts/weekends as per store requirements.
