**Job Overview**:
As an On-Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Adiyog Industries in the market. You will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking. Present, promote, and sell our lighting products to both existing and prospective customers.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide suitable lighting solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our lighting products and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- **Market Research**: Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions to the sales manager.
- **Customer Support**: Handle customer complaints or objections in a professional manner and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the lighting industry or related field.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- **Other Requirements**: Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
