**Job Title**: Clothing Retail Salesperson

**Department**: Retail

**Reports To**: Store Manager

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers to the store
- Answer customer questions about merchandise and services
- Assist customers with finding and trying on merchandise
- Make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Process sales and returns at the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock and replenish merchandise
- Participate in inventory counts
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in the clothing industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
