*Compensation:* Attractive hike on current package

*Key Requirements:*

* Minimum *5+ years* experience in *Gems & Jewellery industry*

* Minimum *5+ years* experience in *Sales*

* *Excellent communication skills* – English & Hindi

* *Presentable and confident* personality

* Strong *Sales acumen & negotiation skills*

* A "*Soft Touch*" approach – not just hard selling

* *Average job stability:* 1.5 years or more

* *Willingness / prior experience* with *roster-based* and *evening shifts*

* *Ability to travel* domestically & internationally for client visits

*Note:* Candidates must be available for a *face-to-face interview* at our Gurugram office if shortlisted.
