We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers with proven experience in B2B school sales to drive outreach and partnerships with schools in Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have strong existing school connects, a deep understanding of the education ecosystem, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, management, etc.)

  • Identify new business opportunities and close B2B deals with schools in the assigned region

  • Deliver engaging product demos and proposals tailored to school needs

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional growth

  • Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and competitor activity

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in school sales (B2B)

  • Strong existing connects with schools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities

  • Comfortable with travel and on-ground field work

  • Graduate degree; experience in education, EdTech, or school supplies industry preferred

Build partnerships with IB, IGCSE, ICSE, and premium CBSE schools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
