What You'll DoAs the BD Manager – Recruiter Onboarding, you will bring high-quality recruiters onto the Timbuckdo platform.
These recruiters will post part-time roles, manage applications, and hire students directly through Timbuckdo.
Your work fuels the platform's job supply.
You will:
- Identify and onboard recruiters who regularly hire part-time or project-based talent
- Pitch the platform and explain how they can post openings and manage applicants themselves
- Train recruiters on using the platform efficiently (posting jobs, reviewing profiles, interviewing, etc.)
- Ensure recruiters stay active, maintain quality, and post consistent opportunities
- Support them through their initial onboarding and help optimise their outcomes
- Grow the number of active job postings across categories
- Work closely with internal teams to understand demand patterns and support job discovery
- Bring speed, ownership, and execution focus in a fast-moving environment
This role directly impacts the volume and variety of opportunities students discover on Timbuckdo.
What You'll OwnYou will be the driver of recruiter-side platform growth, responsible for:
- Recruiter Acquisition: Bring in recruiters who will independently hire through Timbuckdo
- Activation & Training: Ensure new recruiters quickly start posting opportunities
- Platform Engagement: Maintain high-quality, high-frequency job postings
- Quality Controls: Ensure roles are student-friendly, verified, and clear
- Performance Tracking: Monitor recruiter activity, hiring outcomes, and platform usage
- Process Building: Create onboarding flows, playbooks, and growth systems
- Ecosystem Health: Make the platform rich with opportunities across categories

Who You Are- 2–4 years of experience in recruiter onboarding, partner acquisition, staffing platforms, talent marketplaces, or B2B onboarding roles
- Strong at relationship-building and managing partner expectations
- Clear communicator who can simplify product flows and drive activation
- Execution-first mindset — you get things done, not just planned
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
- Creative thinker who can grow recruiter activity with new initiatives
- Organised, metrics-driven, and comfortable owning a pipeline end-to-end
