What You'll Do
As the
BD Manager – Recruiter Onboarding
, you will be responsible for bringing high-quality recruiters onto the Timbuckdo platform. These recruiters will
post part-time roles, manage applications, and hire students directly through Timbuckdo
, making your role critical in fuelling the platform's job supply.
You will:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard
recruiters who regularly hire part-time or project-based talent
- Strategise creatively
to scale recruiter partnerships in non-linear, high-leverage ways
- Own the complete charter
for growing the number of jobs posted on the platform, from planning to on-ground execution
- Design and run innovative campaigns
to attract both individual recruiters and businesses to use the platform
- Onboard and retain
recruiters by ensuring they stay engaged, post quality roles, and hire consistently
- Build strong relationships
with recruiter partners to understand needs, improve outcomes, and drive sustained activity
- Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and performance tracking
- Bring speed, ownership, and execution focus in a fast-moving environment
This role directly impacts the volume and quality of opportunities students discover on Timbuckdo.
What You'll Own
You will be the driver of
recruiter-side platform growth
, responsible for:
- Recruiter Acquisition:
Bring in recruiters who will independently hire through Timbuckdo
- Platform Engagement:
Maintain high-quality, high-frequency job posting
- Performance Tracking:
Monitor recruiter activity, hiring outcomes, and platform usage
- Process Building:
Create onboarding flows, playbooks, and growth systems
- Ecosystem Relationships:
Hold deep and meaningful relationships with customers of Timbuckdo

Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in
recruiter onboarding, partner acquisition, staffing platforms, talent marketplaces, or B2B onboarding roles - Strong at relationship-building and managing partner expectations
- Clear communicator
- Execution-first mindset — you get things done, not just planned
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
- You bring a strong mix of
creative growth thinking and operational discipline
, able to launch new initiatives that scale recruiter activity exponentially
- You are
highly organised, metrics-driven
, and comfortable owning an entire pipeline end-to-end, from acquisition to activation to retention
