Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Monitor project progress, track tasks, and update project documentation including Gantt charts, progress reports, and action logs.
  • Coordinate between design, production, procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure that project documentation, including specifications, technical drawings, and compliance documents, are up to date and properly distributed.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Support procurement and inventory management by liaising with vendors and ensuring materials arrive on time.
  • Participate in project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in risk assessment and management activities.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure environment.
  • Familiarity with data centre infrastructure (racks, cabling, cooling systems, power management, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality assurance is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
