We are seeking a
Performance Marketing Specialist
with a strong focus on
Meta ads and digital growth
to lead our paid media efforts in the
luxury fashion segment
. This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical expertise with a refined understanding of brand storytelling in the luxury space.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and other relevant channels.


• Leverage
AI-driven tools
to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance.


• Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and customer acquisition cost.


• Conduct
A/B testing
and creative experimentation to refine performance.


• Collaborate with the brand & creative team to ensure campaigns reflect
luxury brand sensibilities
.


• Develop audience insights, manage customer funnels, and implement retargeting strategies.


• Stay ahead of trends in
digital luxury marketing
and AI-led ad innovation.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
(MBA/Luxury Brand Management is a plus).


•
5 -7 years' hands-on experience
in performance marketing, with proven success in
Meta Ads
.


• Meta Blueprint certification (or willingness to obtain).


• Strong knowledge of
AI/automation tools
in digital marketing.


• Experience in the
luxury/lifestyle/fashion segment
preferred.


• Analytical mindset with a creative eye—able to balance
numbers with aesthetics
.
