Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Liaisoning Manager, located in the Dhanbad-Ranchi area. The Liaisoning Manager will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and coordination with government departments, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for projects. The role also involves addressing and resolving compliance issues, monitoring legal and regulatory requirements, and negotiating agreements to facilitate project progress.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with government officials, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and industry norms related to the construction sector.
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage legal and administrative processes efficiently.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve challenges in obtaining necessary approvals and permits.
  • Proven experience in a liaisoning or compliance-related role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Familiarity with the Dhanbad-Ranchi region's regulatory and administrative procedures is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in regional languages and English for effective communication.
