We are seeking a Medical Store Executive / Purchase & Inventory Executive with a strong knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day purchase, stock management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth operations of the medical store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of medicines, surgical, and healthcare products from authorized suppliers and distributors.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, manage stock levels, and prevent shortages or expiries.
  • Verify purchase orders, invoices, and supplier bills for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for rate negotiation, order follow-up, and timely deliveries.
  • Assist in billing and product entry using pharmacy software (Marg / Tally / Excel).
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and categorization of medicines as per regulations.
  • Work closely with the accounts team for payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Keep track of new product launches, price updates, and substitutions in the pharma market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • D. Pharma / B. Pharma / Graduate (B.Com or Science preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in a medical store, pharmacy, or hospital purchase department.
  • Strong knowledge of medicine names, salts, and therapeutic categories.
  • Good understanding of inventory control and purchase processes.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, or pharmacy billing software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
