**Job Description - Pharmacist (Retail Drug Store)**

**Position**: Pharmacist
**Type of Employment**: Full-Time / Regular
**Location**: Patna
**Reporting To**: Proprietor / Managing Director

**2. Key Responsibilities**
- **Dispensing & Prescription Handling**
- Dispense medicines as per valid prescriptions issued by Registered Medical Practitioners.
- Verify authenticity and correctness of prescriptions before dispensing.
- Ensure correct dosage, quantity, and instructions are followed.
- **Storage & Inventory Management**
- Ensure proper storage of medicines as per required temperature and conditions.
- Monitor expiry dates and remove expired/near-expiry stock timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dispensing area.

**3. Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- **Registration**: Must be a Registered Pharmacist under the State Pharmacy Council.
- **Experience**: Preferably 1-2 years in retail pharmacy operations (freshers may also apply).
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and statutory requirements.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage records and handle computer billing systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
