**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Track sales performance, leads, and project progress across multiple real estate projects.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from CRM, sales, and marketing teams.
- Generate dashboards, performance summaries, and variance analysis reports.
- Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with finance and sales teams for revenue, collection, and inventory reports.
- Manage and update client and property databases accurately.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the Real Estate or Construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)** and **Google Sheets**.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** and **ERP systems** used in real estate.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination ability across departments.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **real estate sales data analysis** or **project tracking**.
- Knowledge of **Power BI / Tableau** will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
