Job Title: Pharmacy Staff / Medicine store Salesman / Pharmacy Assistant /Medicine store assistant salesman J Job Title: Pharmacy Staff Department: Pharmacy Reports To: Pharmacy In -charge / Store Manager  Job Summary: The Pharmacy Staff is responsible for dispensing medicines accurately as per prescriptions, maintaining inventory, assisting customers/patients with their medication needs, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy laws and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Dispense prescribed medications and explain proper usage and side effects to patients. Verify and interpret doctors' prescriptions for accuracy and clarity. Maintain stock of medicines, arrange shelves, and ensure expiry control. Process billing and handle cash or digital payments. Maintain patient and medicine records as per regulatory requirements. Assist in ordering, receiving, and managing pharmaceutical supplies. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, policies, and safety standards. Guide customers on over -the -counter (OTC) medicines and health products. Support the pharmacist in daily operations and audits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area. Qualifications & Skills: Education: 10th Experience: 1–3 years  Skills: Knowledge of medicines, Prescription Reading, Medicine salt  Accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge (billing software, inventory). Ethical and professional behavior.
