**Key Responsibilities**:

**Skill & Experience**:

- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse healthcare audiences.
- Ability to design engaging and practical training programs effectively.
- Strong mentoring skills to guide and develop trainee capabilities.
- Familiarity with state government healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using digital tools for training and documentation.
