Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Operations Manager at our location in Lucknow. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate smooth workflow and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with pharmaceutical suppliers, supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective operational strategies to maintain high service standards. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Operations Management and Pharmacy Operations - Practical knowledge of Pharmacy Practice and working closely with Pharmacy Technicians - Ability to comply with industry regulations and ensure operational excellence - Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in pharmacy management or a related role is highly beneficial
