Handle pharmacy software for billing, stock management, and daily operations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of OPD/IPD pharmacy bills. Manage vendor relations and ensure timely procurement of medicines and consumables. Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor stock-out and re-order levels. Supervise staff and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies. Maintain inventory and conduct regular audits. Coordinate with accounts and purchase departments for payment and reconciliation.
