Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Client Acquisition Intern based in Gurugram. The Intern will support client acquisition efforts, build relationships with potential clients, and assist with customer management processes. Daily tasks include researching prospective clients, conducting outreach, facilitating follow-ups, and helping maintain customer satisfaction. The position involves collaboration with various internal teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
  • Understanding of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build client relationships.
  • Proactive attitude and enthusiasm to learn in a professional environment.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
