Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon for the role of Acquisition Officer. The Acquisition Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, fostering client relationships, and promoting financial products based on customer needs. Their daily tasks will include market research, lead generation, pitching products, meeting acquisition targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction during onboarding. Collaboration with internal teams to provide tailored financial solutions will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Sales and relationship-building skills relevant to customer acquisition and client management.
  • Ability to conduct market research, lead generation, and data analysis to identify high-potential customer segments and opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions and product promotion.
  • Teamwork and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and meet acquisition goals.
  • Relevant experience in financial services or similar industries and familiarity with retail or wholesale financial products is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a customer-centric mindset.
