Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Information System (MIS) Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining information systems, preparing and analyzing MIS reports, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions. Day-to-day activities include data analysis, reporting, generating dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the MIS processes. Collaboration and communication with different teams will be essential to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data trackers for multiple teams.
  • Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Assist in streamlining processes through automation and improved reporting formats.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Real Estate experience is mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in Information Systems and MIS tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with various departments
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
