Job Summary:

Inviting applications for the role of a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and maintain accurate data in our systems, particularly Zoho CRM. The role involves data entry, quality checks, and reporting, with a focus on maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and experience working with AI tools and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data in Zoho CRM, spreadsheets, and other platforms.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness before system entry.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in data cleanup and system maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and precise reporting of data to stakeholders.
  • Send mass emails to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships for outsourced tasks (e.g., card scanning).
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Bard to enhance data management and efficiency.
  • Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies.
  • Respond promptly to data-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Education:
     Any Graduate (Additional qualifications preferred).
  • Experience:
     Prior experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Typing speed of at least 70 w.p.m. with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with AI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
