Job Title: ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Consultant

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Consultant with deep expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The ideal candidate will bring strong technical consulting skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations while ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow IRM and TPRM solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to clients on IRM/TPRM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications while adhering to best practices.
  • Integrate IRM/TPRM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage deliverables, track progress, and meet project milestones.
  • Provide hands-on technical consulting and facilitate client workshops, demos, and knowledge transfers.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years of overall IT consulting experience, with 4+ years in ServiceNow IRM/TPRM implementations.
  • Strong technical expertise in configuring IRM applications (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Issues Management) and TPRM modules.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow IRM/TPRM with GRC, Security, or vendor risk systems.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
