Job Title: ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, building, and optimizing dashboards, KPIs, indicators, and reports within ServiceNow to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Performance Analytics (PA) dashboards, indicators, breakdowns, and data collectors in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain real-time and scheduled reports to support operational, strategic, and executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and usability of PA solutions.
  • Troubleshoot analytics/reporting issues and validate data accuracy.
  • Establish best practices, governance, and documentation for ServiceNow reporting and analytics processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience, with minimum 4+ years focused on ServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in PA widgets, indicators, breakdowns, scorecards, and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Reporting (List Reports, Pivot Tables, Custom Reports, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules for analytics and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and business intelligence concepts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Performance Analytics.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, or scripting for advanced reporting and automation use cases.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
