About the Role

We're building a high-performing
Operations & Analytics Team
to support multiple business functions — from backend process management to CRM operations and data analytics.

As an
Operations Generalist
, you'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, analyze business data, and support decision-making. This role is ideal for graduates who want to grow into data-driven business professionals with strong exposure to operations, analytics, and strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    Sales and Operations
    teams with daily coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update
    CRM databases
    and generate performance dashboards.
  • Prepare and analyze
    MIS reports
    using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Assist in
    data-driven decision-making
    and business performance improvement.
  • Participate in new projects such as
    automation initiatives
    and internal audits.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and discipline in all backend processes.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA / B.Com / B.Tech / MBA preferred).
  • Strong command of
    MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn
    CRM / ERP / Data Analytics tools
    .
  • Knowledge of AI tools or automation for productivity is a plus.
