Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented
HR Specialist
to manage key HR operations, support talent acquisition, and contribute to a positive organizational culture. You will play a vital role in building a strong team and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave tracking
  • Facilitate training, induction, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Handle employee grievances and support performance review processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments for manpower planning

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and HR software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, proactive, and a good team player
