Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management & Investigations

  • Coordinate and support internal ethics and compliance investigations.
  • Review investigation reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain a secure log of ethics cases and ensure timely closure.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare case summaries for leadership and board-level reporting.
  • Ensure timely updates on the Ethics Portal.

POSH Compliance

  • Manage POSH tracker and ensure real-time updates.
  • File cases on the government portal as per legal norms.
  • Monitor case progress and follow up on pending actions.

Training & Awareness

  • Conduct ethics and POSH-related training sessions.
  • Develop and circulate awareness communications.
  • Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to promote a respectful workplace culture.

Policy Management

  • Assist in reviewing and updating ethics and POSH policies.
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of policy changes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 24 years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal support.
  • Strong understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
