Job Description: Operations Executive
About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Executive with 0–3 years of experience to support operational, administrative, and project coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline processes to ensure timely project delivery and smooth studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate with vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage documentation, drawings, contracts, and approvals in line with project requirements.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
Support procurement of materials and liaison with suppliers for timely delivery.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational costs in coordination with the finance team.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Handle client communication support and follow-ups when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities for client and vendor coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
Familiarity with architectural processes, terminology, and documentation is preferable.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
