1.Required Skills :

  1. Should have handled boiler operations and maintenance of a site independently.

2.Should have hands on experience in managing SCADA; PLC.

3.Should be able to make able energy efficiency calculations; daily reports.

  1. Should have worked on Briquette Fired Boiler.

  2. Able to manage team in shifts.

Note : Candidates staying in and around Navi Mumbai will be preferred.

2. Basic Functions

  1. Planning, organizing, directing, and running day-to-day activities connected with operations, maintenance and upkeep of the Plant and ensure achievement of laid down targets.

  2. Optimizing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

  3. Accountability for overall manufacturing organization, manufacturing support, process improvement, safety, and quality.

  4. Administrative responsibilities of the Plant.

  5. Maintain close liaison with the client and Boiler supplier.

  6. Ensure strict implementation of EHS Protocols.

3. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  1. Collect and correlate the production reports from the shift engineers and report it to the Plant Manager.

  2. Ensure that manpower is adhering to the safety guidelines and wearing their PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment's) all the time inside the plant

  4. Responsible for the Boilers Act compliance.

  5. Responsible for the delivery of the prescribed steam units to the customer.

  6. Responsible for the safe and optimal utilization of the boilers in the plant.

  7. To conduct internal review meetings daily with the plant staff and report it to the Plant Manager.

  8. To make sure that boilers are compliant with the Indian Boilers Act.

  9. To make sure that sufficient water is available for the boiler steam generator.

  10. To make sure that the preventive maintenance of the boiler is carried out as per schedule.

  11. To make the daily plan for steam production and maintenance from the monthly plan and report it to the Plant Manager.

12.Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.

13.Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

14.Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, people management, HR and other delivery.

15.Be responsible for production output.

16.Allocate resources effectively.

17.Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees.

18.Communicate with employees about performance expectations.

19.Give useful feedback to employees

20.Ensure smooth daily operations

21.Give Daily Feedback with photographs to all concerned appointments including on PRESPL Operations WhatsApp Group

22.Adhere to company's rules and regulations.

23.Stay up to date with the latest production trends, best practices and technology

24.Maintain cordial relations with the client.

25.Ensure timely inspections and renewals of all certifications and compliances.

Work Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Qualification: BE (Mechanical); BOE Certification
