**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain **high-pressure steam boilers** in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
- Manage boiler start-up, shut down, and load adjustments as per process requirements.
- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, feed water levels, and other key operating parameters.
- Conduct routine boiler water analysis and ensure chemical dosing as per standard.
- Inspect equipment for malfunctions, leaks, or wear and promptly report issues to maintenance teams.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks including blow downs, soot cleaning, and filter changes.
- Maintain accurate records/logbooks of boiler operations, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and boiler certification requirements.
- Collaborate with utility teams for efficient plant operation and energy conservation.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **Boilers** - of different type of combustion technology like **AFBC, CFBC, Reciprocating grate, Travelling grate** (10TPH and above with working pressure 17.5 Kg/cm2 and above.)
- Familiarity with boiler automation systems (DCS/PLC-based operations preferred).
- Understanding of steam system components - pumps, PRVs, deaerators,) Ability to interpret technical drawings and P&ID diagrams.
- Awareness of Boiler feed water and Boiler drum water parameter need to maintain.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Boiler Attendant Certificate** - 1st or 2nd Class.
- Minimum 1 **year** of hands-on experience operating high-pressure power boilers (preferably coal, oil, or gas-fired).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
