What will you drive?

  • Act as the bridge between operations, sales, and experience teams, ensuring Elite customers get white-glove service.
  • Break down customer experience and process flows into scalable, trackable initiatives.
  • Support in analyzing luxury car market trends, buyer insights, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Assist the team in designing customer journeys that go beyond transactions building trust and exclusivity.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas in workflows and propose innovative fixes.
  • Bring fresh perspectives, creative problem-solving, and data-backed insights to fuel Elite's growth.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant undergraduate program.
