What will you drive?

As a Sales Executive in the Luxury Car Division, you will be the voice of CARS24 for our premium clientele. Your role will involve building trust with high-value customers, ensuring smooth transactions, and delivering a superior experience tailored to the luxury car market.

  • Handle customer queries regarding buying and selling luxury cars.
  • Engage premium customers over calls and build strong relationships.
  • Educate customers on CARS24 processes, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, valuation, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Drive customer appointments, follow-ups, and lead closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Achieve defined sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience: 12 years in the automobile sector (sales or customer handling preferred).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of cars and the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle premium clientele.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
