Job Title: Housekeeping Executive
Department: Administration / Facilities
Location: Sector 49, Gurugram
Role Overview:
The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for ensuring a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained corporate office environment. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining service standards, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Prepare and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Manage housekeeping staffmonitor attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping consumables, cleaning materials, and deep cleaning activities.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
- Handle office waste management, pest control, and laundry (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Assist Admin / Facility Manager in planning and executing improvement initiatives.
- Address any housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3-6 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably from hotel or corporate facility management background.
- Strong people management and vendor coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-versed with housekeeping SOPs, materials, and equipment.
