  1. Job Responsibilities

  2. Localized Marketing Design Delivery

Lead visual design for TV products in the Indian market, including (but not limited to): online sales promotional visuals (main images, A+ Content, ad banners, store banners), short product introduction videos (creation & editing), product promotion posters, and social media graphics. Ensure designs align with Indian cultural aesthetics (e.g., color preferences, visual symbols) while conveying core brand values.

  1. Brand Visual System Implementation

Communicate cross-team, strictly follow the Brand VI Guidelines set by China HQ, and optimize localized adaptations based on Indian market traits. Ensure consistent, recognizable brand image across all Indian marketing scenarios; avoid cultural conflicts or visual disharmony.

  1. Visual Support for Marketing Campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team on quarterly/monthly campaigns (e.g., Diwali promotions, new TV launches, online live commerce). Plan image/short video design solutions in advance, deliver outputs on time, and quickly adjust details (e.g., update promo info, optimize user focus points) based on campaign feedback.

  1. Design Asset Management & Optimization

  2. Build a dedicated design asset library for India (including high-res product images, localized elements, common templates) and update it regularly.

  3. Set up an online document for India Branch designers: upload all outputs (images, videos, Gifs) and source files, and refine the search catalog for easy access by sales teams.

  4. Analyze market feedback (e.g., click-through rates, user comments) on past designs to summarize optimization directions; research market-leading design trends and submit reports on future design adjustments.

  5. Cross-Team Collaboration

Maintain efficient communication with the Indian sales team and China HQs product team to accurately grasp product selling points (e.g., TV picture quality tech, smart features, size advantages) and marketing goals. Translate technical language into intuitive visuals; coordinate with partner ad agencies/media platforms (when needed) to provide required design files.

3.1 Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in design-related majors (e.g., Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design).

  2. 3+ years of marketing design experience in FMCG, 3C electronics, or home appliance industries (preferred); experience in TV/consumer electronics brand design is a plus.

  3. Familiar with India's local marketing ecosystem: understand design norms and user preferences of major platforms (social media: Instagram, Facebook, X; e-commerce: Flipkart, Amazon India); ability to independently meet platform-specific visual needs.

3.2 Core Skills (Mandatory)

  1. Design Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); proficiency in AI-aided tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT). Experience with 3D modeling/motion design tools (C4D, AE, Rhino, Keyshot) is a plus (for TV 3D visualization, dynamic short video assets).

  2. Localized Design Thinking: Deep understanding of Indian culture, festivals (e.g., Diwali, Holi) and consumer aesthetics (e.g., acceptance of bright colors, family-scene visuals). Avoid cultural taboos (e.g., misuse of religious symbols, color connotation conflicts) to ensure local resonance.

  3. Marketing Insight: Design for marketing goals (not just aesthetics). For example: highlight "discount intensity" / "limited-time offers" in promo posters; emphasize "4K picture quality" / "smart voice control" in new product designs to guide user decisions.

  4. Communication & Execution:

  5. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) (seamless communication with China HQ); Hindi proficiency is a plus.

  6. Strong time management: handle multiple design requests simultaneously and deliver on time (meet campaign deadlines).

  7. Proactive communication: clearly update design progress and flag potential issues.

3.3 Competencies (Preferred)

  1. Prior experience in online e-commerce promotional design; exposure to 3C electronics promotional material design.

  2. Innovative mindset: not limited to traditional home appliance design styles; align with young Indian consumers (e.g., Gen Z) via fresh styles (e.g., minimalist, national trend fusion).

  3. Detail-oriented: strict control over color, font, layout, and information hierarchy; ensure no errors in final outputs (e.g., accurate pricing, product models, promo dates).
