What You'll Do

  • Design in-store communication materials, including posters, digital standees, window visuals, and campaign creatives.
  • Adapt and resize designs for various store formats, fixtures, and display requirements.
  • Ensure all artwork strictly adheres to Neeman's brand guidelines and reflects campaign aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to create engaging visuals for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Prepare print-ready files, coordinate with vendors for proof approvals, and maintain consistency in color and finish.
  • Support the VM team with mock-ups, presentation decks, and visualization for store layouts or campaign concepts.
  • Manage and organize a structured archive of design assets, templates, and campaign artworks.
  • Stay updated on design trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance in-store communication and brand storytelling..

Must Haves

  • 0–3 years in Graphic Design, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail environments. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
  • Design Tools:Must know: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere Pro (for basic video edits).
  • Good to know: CorelDRAW, Canva.
  • Bonus: Exposure to mock-ups or store layout visualization tools.
  • Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and layout composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple briefs simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Willingness to work on tight deadlines and occasional weekend campaigns.

Preferred:

  • Prior internship or experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail design.
  • Understanding of retail visual communication and how designs interact with physical store spaces.
  • Basic knowledge of printing processes, substrates, and color management.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or short-form video edits for in-store screens.
  • Passion for design, sustainability, and the Neeman's brand ethos.
