We are hiring for Manager - Sales (PVC Pipes)

Location: Delhi & Chennai

Job Description:-

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Delhi and Chennai regions.

  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.

  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activities within the PVC Pipes industry.

  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  5. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

  6. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companys product line, including the technical specifications of PVC pipes, and effectively communicate the benefits to customers.

  7. Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.

  8. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with the company's policies and industry regulations.

We are Looking for:-

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the PVC Pipes industry.

  2. In-depth knowledge of the PVC Pipes industry and market dynamics in the assigned regions.

  3. Location: Must be willing to travel and work in both Delhi and Chennai as required.
