Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated
Medical Healthcare Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.


• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' experience and role-fit.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.


• Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines in the ATS.


• Coordinate interviews, manage communication flow, and ensure a positive candidate experience.


• Negotiate offers and support new hire onboarding.


• Ensure recruitment compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.


• Stay updated with healthcare hiring market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.


• Minimum
1 year
experience in healthcare recruitment.


• Strong understanding of healthcare job roles and qualification requirements.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and time management abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple positions efficiently.


• Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
