Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm (Mon-Fri)

Internship Overview:
As a HR Intern at Mahina, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources team in talent acquisition and HR operations and Data maintenance. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of HR, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge that will serve as a foundation for a successful career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various channels (online job boards, LinkedIn, networking events) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Application Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Operations:
- Record keeping of all the interviews
- Employee Engagement- Planning the calendar and help in executing the same
- Compile and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the recruitment process.
