Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive Assistant Manager Payroll to oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large employee base while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Audits & Accuracy: Coordinate with the internal audit team to conduct regular audits and verification of payroll data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • HR & Finance Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance teams to exchange payroll-related information and resolve any processing issues.
  • End-to-End Payroll Processing: Run accurate payroll for 5000+ employees, ensuring salary computations align with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Salary, Benefits, & Deductions: Calculate employee salaries, benefits, and deductions while maintaining compliance with tax laws and company policies.
  • Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Ensure timely and precise data entry, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, maintaining robust payroll records.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Updates: Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards to ensure legal compliance.
  • Payroll Dashboard & Reporting: Publish monthly Payroll Dashboard and prepare reports for leadership insights.
  • Tax & Statutory Filings: Manage time-sensitive processes such as investment declarations, Form 16 issuance, and tax return validations.
  • Payroll Reconciliation: Prepare monthly reconciliation sheets for Payroll, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and Professional Tax (PT).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll management and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processing for large organizations
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and payroll software
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and Audit teams
