About the Role:

The Project Director will oversee projects ensuring successful delivery within cost, time, quality, and safety parameters.

The role involves end-to-end project delivery from tendering and bid management to on-site execution, stakeholder management, and commercial oversight.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership in industrial parks, free zones, or major infrastructure development.
  • Strong expertise in tendering, bid management, and commercial oversight.
  • African or international emerging markets experience is highly valued.
  • Excellent command of English (mandatory)

Key Competencies:

  • Visionary leadership with ability to manage mega-projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of construction laws, FIDIC contracts, and local regulations.
